Fast at the counter
Dishes, sizes and extras in a few taps. Split the bill across cash, UPI and card. Print and move on.
Restaurant POS →Hotel & Restaurant Billing Software
Fast billing that keeps working even when the internet does not.
Counter billing, KOT, inventory, food cost, accounts and multi-outlet reporting — in one system built for Indian restaurants.
Why RestoStay
Restaurant software earns its keep at 9 pm on a Saturday. RestoStay is designed around the moments that go wrong.
Dishes, sizes and extras in a few taps. Split the bill across cash, UPI and card. Print and move on.
Restaurant POS →If the internet drops, the counter keeps working. Bills are saved securely on the device and sync once when you are back.
Offline POS →Every sale flows into stock, food cost and accounting records, so the numbers at month-end match the counter.
Accounting →The difference
Most cloud billing stops the moment the connection does. RestoStay counters hold a secure local copy of what they need, keep taking orders and settling bills, and reconcile with the cloud automatically — each bill exactly once.

We label every capability honestly. Available means shipped and verified in Restaurant V1. In pilot means built and being validated in the field. Planned means not built yet.
Dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders with sizes, extras and notes. Bills settle in a few taps.
Counters keep taking orders and bills when the internet drops, then sync once — no duplicates.
Kitchen order tickets route to the right station, with a kitchen screen for status.
Cash, UPI and card — or any mix — using the restaurant's own payment labels, with references recorded.
Open with a float, close with a counted drawer and see the difference immediately.
Every correction needs a reason and permission, and leaves an audit trail.
Waiters take orders at the table on a phone; KOT-only devices never touch billing.
Each staff member signs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows.

Ledgers, trial balance and CGST/SGST records posted from sales and purchases.

A day at the counter
The cashier signs in with their own account and counts the opening float.
At the counter or at the table on a captain phone — dishes, sizes, extras, notes.
Tickets go to the right kitchen station, and the kitchen screen shows what is cooking.
Split across cash, UPI and card. The bill carries CGST/SGST and prints at the counter.
Count the drawer, see any difference immediately, and read the day report.
Devices
Installing the app does not turn a device into a billing counter. Each counter is activated for your restaurant and outlet, and counts against your plan. How activation works.
Mac counters in our pilot today; Windows in validation. Takes orders, prints KOTs and bills, works offline.
Waiters take orders and send KOTs at the table. Captain devices cannot bill and do not use a billing slot.
Menu, staff, reports and settings from a browser, for owners and managers.
Growing?
RestoStay runs a single restaurant simply. When you open a second outlet, head office reporting, a central menu with outlet overrides and inter-outlet transfers appear — nothing to migrate.
